So, THEY can control the weather, and THEY are controlling the weather.
If this is correct, it poses two significant questions.
- who are THEY and
- why are THEY doing it?
Because changing the weather artificially requires planes, pilots, fuel and chemicals, those involved in weather modification, hereinafter referred to as THEY, are people/entities with access to extensive financial reserves.
THEY are not millionaires, … … … … THEY are billionaires.
That narrows the suspects to a smaller identifiable group which can be more easily investigated.
To address the why, that is, what is the motivation for such a contrived and expensive exercise to be undertaken, always has a single logical motive as the common objective in every endeavour is simply because THEY benefit.
Every endeavour of man or beast has an objective, and, regardless of the outcome, the objective is always focused on some benefit for the effort exerted.
But how do THEY benefit?
Chemtrails are identified and reported daily all over the world.
The expense to spray chemicals into the air worldwide would be significant.
Entities, referred to as philanthropists, that is, “a person who seeks to promote the welfare of others, especially by the generous donation of money to good causes”, (Oxford online dictionary) are involved in blocking the sun to stop Global Warming, now called Global Boiling. This is occurring whilst governments in the western world are financially encouraging the masses to invest in solar panels to source electricity.

One such “philanthropist” (cited earlier) proudly boasted a 20 to 1 return on an investment in vaccines in the early 2020’s that aided (allegedly) in the welfare of others. That sounds more opportunistic than philanthropic but a 20 to 1 return on any investment is clearly a benefit for the “philanthropist” opportunist.
If weather can be controlled, then a government or a “philanthropist” with the financial capacity to stop flooding or indeed create rain to extinguish or more so, stop catastrophic fires from even commencing, is within the capabilities of these entities. But wildfires go unabated even in western counties, and frequently in areas where building rules only allow 15-minute city development to replace what was destroyed.

Where were the “philanthropists “to climate engineer a better outcome? Someone benefits, not the renters or the owners, … but someone.
Catastrophic floods happen all over the world, in developed and undeveloped countries. If the damage can be decreased with the available technology identified in over 100 years of registered patents, why isn’t it?
Methinks because someone benefits.
For anyone one individual or group to benefit, there needs to be a lot of players at the top end of town including, government and “philanthropists” with exactly the same agenda/objective.
Organisations including the UN (United Nations), WHO (World Health Organization and the WEF (World Economic Forum) provide forums for the “elite” of the world, ie billionaires, to discuss agendas that THEY collectively seek to engineer a predetermined outcome for a predetermined benefit.
You and I are not involved. As George Carlin said, “it’s a big club and you ain’t in it”
