A quality trait possessed by thinking people is the ability to notice recurring patterns. Before we leave the Australian Bureau of Meteorology’s clear focus on their attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, ie claiming that 2013 was Australian’s hottest year “ever” because newspaper data from before their inception is unreliable, let’s remember that the BoM’s, (Bureau of Meteorology) new website, which was put together in late 2025, having been costed out at a mere 4.1 million dollars actually cost taxpayers 96.5 million dollars at completion which I suggest is consistent with the information that comes from their site including the accuracy of their long-term and short-term weather predictions.
What a BoM.
The money spent is commensurate with the $13 000 00 spent on Victoria’s machete bins. That’s 13 million dollars for 40 bins. A bargain at only $325 000 each being only a hundred grand, give or take, more than an entry level Ferrari.
How would you rate a real estate agent who, after you commissioned them to find a house for you inside your budget of $410,000 came back with a dwelling sporting a price tag of $9 650,000. That’s almost 24 times more than your advised budget. Methinks a reasonable score for the agent would be 0/10 and comments may include …. Not Recommended.
And, good luck finding even a shed on the mainland for $410,000.
The “trust the science rhetoric“, including catchphrases like, “safe and effective”, “climate change” and “racist” are punchlines that successfully condemn both effectively and instantly.
The term “conspiracy theory” became very popular after the JFK assassination as the official story (Warren Report), like the official 9/11 story (9-11 Commission Report), etc, etc were exposed as being as feasible as a real cow jumping over the moon even if you have several credible eyewitnesses.
Used as crowd control, phrases including, but not limited to, “(insert controversial topic here) denier”, are an effect conversation stopper easily administered in perfect form and now being more widely used as energy prices soar, the reliability of energy supply plummets and the world ecosystem continues to be systematically compromised and destroyed under the pretence of “saving the planet.
If you want to save what’s left of the planet, then, stop saving the planet.
Remember the phrase, “I’m from the Government and I’m here to help”.
Let me add some dialogue from Tom Cruise’s character in the movie “Knight and Day” with Cameron Diaz. If anyone official you don’t know calm’s you with words like “you’re safe with us”, “they are going to kill you”.
But that’s just a movie and the comment is for entertainment purposes only.
If a government passes laws to keep you safe, then that’s what they are doing.
Their methods and objectives would surely be in your best interests.
Those who keep up to date by watching the mainstream media news are surely well informed.
Those who don’t study history are condemned to repeat it.
Welcome to Babylon. (metaphorically speaking)
