Let’s check the scorecard so far shall we. The proof of any pie is always in the eating and, once again, I will claim that the truth stands up to scrutiny and the other stuff does not. There have been some incredibly bold and terrifying claims made in the last few decades predicting a coming devastating Ice Age which was then replaced with catastrophic effects of global warming which was upgraded to climate change as the data didn’t match the claim and as cited earlier, we are now living, allegedly, in a time of global boiling. It sounds like an add for a B grade horror movie.

In Australia, records show that a 24-day heatwave in January 1896 had Australian residents sweltering through temperatures as high as 50° C as recorded in Camden, New South Wales, causing the deaths of between 431 and 437 people depending on which newspaper report you read. Of course, you wouldn’t want to trust anything you read in the newspapers, so The Bureau of Meteorology is wise to question the data, especially as it doesn’t suit their claim that 2013 was the hottest Australian year on record. Even that claim doesn’t fit the WHO narrative as even that date was well over a decade ago so it has cooled down nicely again. Nationals MP George Christensen, member of the House of Representatives articulated the sentiment on October 29, 2014, “How could it be getting hotter … if it was really hotter 118 years ago? It’s relatively simple: the early years are simply wiped from the official record.

Of course, MP George Christensen’s comment can be easily challenged as the official bureau’s historical temperature recordings didn’t start until 1910. And let’s not forget to remember that quote from Napoleon Bonaparte who allegedly said, “what is history, but a lie agreed upon.” Those excessively hot days back in 1896 can be easily challenged as the official bureau’s historical temperature recordings didn’t start until 1910. And let’s not forget to remember that quote from Napoleon Bonaparte who allegedly said, “what is history, but a lie agreed upon.” It’s not like autonomous people in positions today cherry pick evidence that suits their narrative discarding data that doesn’t suit the desired narrative like say, Ancel Keys, the guy who invented the K rations, cherry picking data to find a correlation between fats, cholesterol and heart disease which doesn’t exist but prevails in mainstream medicine to this day.

Unfortunately, those people do exist in what appears to be ever increasing numbers and they seem to be able to negotiate themselves into positions of authority having them benefit from their misinformation, like say Al Gore.

Since the devil is always in the detail, let’s get into the detail.

Did the sea levels rise and inundate coastal regions worldwide as Al Gore, trusting in the “Science” predicted?

Nope.

Even Al’s multi-million-dollar beachside house has the water come up on the beach to the same place on the beach when he bought it.

Are the polar bears extinct?

Nope.

There are exceedingly more of them and there’s a lot more of them because there’s billions more tons of ice now than there was when he made his claim in his movie “An Inconvenient Truth”. Methinks An Convenient Untruth, with the emphasis on Con as he and many others have enriched themselves exceedingly with claims of catastrophic outcomes that have proven to be spectacularly incorrect.

So, is everything Ok then?
No, it is not.
Government and non-government bodies who purport to be saving the planet are doing just the opposite and the destruction is excessive, accelerating in scale and destroying fragile ecosystems worldwide.

… to be continued
