There are a truckload of “government corporations” trading in Australia. For example, there are Centrelink offices operating throughout Australia to “help those Aussies who need support”, but if you wanted to go to Centrelink’s head office, then you may hear the song “Kansas City” on the trip because, as advised online, Centrelink’s head office is located in the USA, … … well actually its located in America as the USA is the corporation and not the country. An simple example of such a difficulty in Aussie’s being law compliant may be identified with the common example involving any Aussie who has ever bought anything with a promissory note, ie, what we call money, or even paid with a credit card is in breach of the law because section 115 of the Australian constitution, on which our laws are based, says, “A state shall not coin money, nor make anything but gold and silver coin a legal tender in payment of debts”. Although this has been challenged many times, it is not even upheld in the courts. Have you ever bought anything with cash or a credit card?
The legal Vs lawful puzzle is confusing and perhaps even confronting. Digital currency would be even further from what is legal tender in this country. ….. “Surprised?”
This is just one of many issues that have never been addressed or corrected by either side of our Hegelian Dialectic based political system.

Ignorance of the law is not a get out of jail free punch line in a legal environment where one party claims remedy. But settling the injury, even if no one was injured, with a payment made, not by coins made from silver or gold, even if it is against the law, seems to be OK. But the 1901 constitution went out with bath water in 1973 but that is an issue easily investigated and is just another rabbit hole, metaphorically speaking.

But developers have been attempting to purchase land/prime land, … BUT “Lahaina residents have been notorious for being unwilling to sell”, quote taken from the article entitled “A LOT of Coincidences Surround the Maui Fire That Destroyed Lahaina”, which has a number of links with more detail which I will include for expediency.

“The Hawaiian firefighters did their job to the best of their ability and were able to put out some small fires initially. But that ability was greatly hampered when the hydrants ran out of water. The deputy director of the Hawaii Commission on Water Resource Management waited for 5 hours before releasing additional water to the fire department, during which time Lahaina burned”.

A closer look at the Maui fire and Event 201, shows how sometimes world and community leaders can be months, even years ahead in predicting and preparing for catastrophe and in other cases be so ill prepared to the point of apparent incompetency bordering on criminal neglect.
