decades, solar panels have both reduced in price and increased in efficiency. A common high quality 5kW array fitted 20 years ago would not perform as well as one fitted today. All solar panel producers had to improve the performance of their products to maintain market share but a consensus between those “experts in the know”, advise that the productive lifespan of a solar panel is about 25 years. This is because there is a reduction in the efficiency of the panels as they age and degrade. Entropy is the second law of thermo dynamics and unfortunately, eventually everything fails. Without going through my archived paper data, in or around Jan of 2013, our 5.1kW solar array collected 32.5 kWh in a single day. That is the most we have ever collected on one 24-hour period, … ever. That 5.1 kW system was fitted in June of 2012, and I was taking notice of how things performed in real time, but I was not the only person collecting daily data back in the “olden days”. I know a fellow who had a 4.8 kW system on a tracker (it follows the sun) and on that very same day he collected 42.4 kWh. He lives about 100 km away and not only he and I had their best day on the same day but a few others I know in the greater area also had their best days of collection at that time. Isn’t that curious? Moving forward a few years and during the summer of 2016, our area had an extreme hailstorm that caused some serious damage resulting in roofs being destroyed and, … who would have thought, …. solar panels being “totalled” in a number of locations in southern Qld and specifically in our immediate location. All our neighbours and ourselves needed roofs replaced or repaired and every solar array in the greater area was damaged. At that time, to keep the 2012 high feed in tariff agreement, replacing any system with up to 133% more potential solar collection over the original capacity of the inverter was permitted. We therefore took up the option and upgraded to a 6.6 kW system.
One would have now assumed that having the greater collection capacity, with new panels, which frequently collect more than their shop rated potential in the first year or so, would have outperformed any older system, and especially an older system that was smaller. As the replacement system was put on the same roof of the same house. The topography, climate zone, angle of mounting and direction of mounting was identical for both the older 5.1 kW system and the 6.6 kW system so one would have reasonably assumed that the solar collection rate would now increase. But that is not what happened. Our best payment on our older 5.1 kW system was $1197.39 for our best quarter. I would have thought that having approximately 33% more collection potential under the same conditions would have us had two quarterly export payments well exceed $1200. That has never happened, and 26 kWh is now considered a “good day” of solar collection. For the technically minded, we had already demonstrated that we 6.5 peak sun hours had already been achieved but, we have only ever experienced a maximum of 5.2 peak sun hours with our 6.6 kW system. 
So where did that one peak sun hour per day go? Since none of the factors that would compromise collection have changed, such as trees growing which may cause shading throughout the day, there must be some other cause for the reduction in solar exposure.
More information will be needed to solve this “crime”.
On the way home from Brisbane on the 5 May 2022, my wife and I stopped into a friend’s place where we sat outside under an awning for an hour or so for some afternoon sustenance and a chat. I drew her and my friend’s attention to the cloud formation in the sky and to a distinct trail left behind by a plane that was not enroute to Brisbane Airport. By the time we got closer to home about and two hours later, and being a passenger after eye laser surgery, I took several photos (see pic 1) just west of the town of Woodford in Queensland and said to my wife it looks like we are in for some serious rain. The next day, which was yesterday as I write, all the household washing was done, and I shared my photo with others who know what I know. So, … what is the connection with all this information?
A friend from a news share group I host, sent me the following link showing that on that day and even dated the day before, that is, 04 May 2022, an amateur weather analyser from England had examined the bigger picture using access to satellite data including live feeds from NASA and the Australian Government internet sites. 
He had identified cloud formations in and around Australia that were clearly affected by EMF radiation. That’s why I took the first photo. This unnatural weather phenomena, or what is known as geoengineering, included the signs of Microwave radiation (cymatics) and also identified chemtrails in the Northern Territory. He advised that a coming weather event will cause huge amounts of precipitation along the Qld and northern NSW coast. It is quite easy to see what this large amount of water will do and, therefore, predictably, the east coast of Qld and northern NSW will have another “once in a lifetime” flood event. That’s the third “once in a lifetime” flood event in very recent times. Yes, climate change is real, and it is anthropogenic. That means that it is caused by man’s activities. I could see the signs in the sky and Robert Deutch has the inclination, understanding and access ability to identify the cause of this weather event. It’s massive. It’s unnatural. It’s geoengineered. 
The geoengineering is changing the weather/climate unnaturally and it’s causing some serious distress. The floods that will happen in the next week will have been caused by this identified geoengineering. The cause will be anthropogenic because it will be manmade. You can see the cause of this weather event from NASA’s satellite viewing the identified chem’bombs and chem’trails in the Northern Territory as they happened in real time on Robert Deutch’s channel above.
Can THEY control the weather?
And if they could, why would they engineer destruction. No good will come out of what is easily seen is going to happen.
A few years ago, I took photos of chemtrail activity northwest of Brisbane and sent to a friend of mine who was doing silage in paddocks in Texas Qld. He told me during a phone conversation that night that he had taken photos of the same event about the same time that I have noticed the “goings on”. This weather manipulation has been going on for a long time as official governmental sites advise.

I’m sure it’s all fine if you don’t live in the path of the storm and you don’t drink the water or breathe the air. Probably best not to eat the food grown where the precipitants of the chemtailing will settle either. Can THEY really control the weather. Well THEY say they can. The internet is awash with information and false information on the subject.

A far back as the late 1960’s weather manipulation has been used by the military. Operation Popeye is one such activity. Wikipedia claims “Operation Sober Popeye (Project Controlled Weather Popeye / Motorpool / Intermediary-Compatriot) was a military cloud-seeding project carried out by the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War in 1967–1972. The highly classified program attempted to extend the monsoon season over specific areas of the Ho Chi Minh Trail, in order to disrupt North Vietnamese military supplies by softening road surfaces and causing landslides.
The former U.S. Secretary of Defense, Robert S. McNamara, was aware that there might be objections raised by the international scientific community but said in a memo to the president that such objections had not in the past been a basis for prevention of military activities considered to be in the interests of U.S. national security. The chemical weather modification program was conducted from Thailand over Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam and allegedly sponsored by Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and the CIA without the authorization of then Secretary of Defense Melvin Laird who had categorically denied to Congress that a program for modification of the weather for use as a tactical weapon even existed”. It’s amazing his pants didn’t catch on fire with such a large and obvious fib. My father was in Vietnam with RAAF in 1968 and I remember discussions in the lounge after his return about these events. The Russians and America allegedly have agreements on the use of nuclear weapons in the event of a war, which sounds very civilised, and a “read all about it” article by Bernard Gwertzman in the New York Time on June 24 1975, entitled “A U.S.‐SOVIET BAN ON WEATHER USE FOR WAR IS NEAR” which “apparently” was fulfilled in Geneva on the 18th May 1977, with the signing of “Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques”. Would they write, perfect, and sign an agreement not to turn all the citizens into invisible rats if both sides didn’t have access to the ability to do so?
Wikipaedia says “The Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD), formally the Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques is an international treaty prohibiting the military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects. It opened for signature on 18 May 1977 in Geneva and entered into force on 5 October 1978.
The Convention bans weather warfare, which is the use of weather modification techniques for the purposes of inducing damage or destruction. The Convention on Biological Diversity of 2010 would also ban some forms of weather modification or geoengineering.[2]
Many states do not regard this as a complete ban on the use of herbicides in warfare, such as Agent Orange, but it does require case-by-case consideration”, but … hard to believe I know, this agreement only restricts one government weaponising weather against another government but there are no restrictions on any governing signatories not to use weather modification on their own citizens, … for their own good of course.

THEY either can or THEY can’t. If THEY can’t, then … liar, liar, pants on fire and they lack the integrity that governments and the bigger end of town should have. With the information I have been exposed to I think THEY are honestly telling the truth. Well, … the bit about being able to manipulate the weather. But if this is true and the earths weather is out of kilter at times for reasons explained as “anthropogenic climate change/ formerly known as global warming, why don’t THEY use their capacity to reduce any dangerous or destructive weather?
Because THEY have had the capacity to reduce or increase the severity of any weather event anywhere in Australia for decades, one may wonder why we have such unusual weather patterns with increased worldwide floods and droughts in these last decades. Even with the limited amount of information in this article, it appears that geoengineering is not solving any problem but causing major issues which are blamed on the “C02 polluting” public. A perfect false flag event, … perhaps. And what happened to the ex-CEO of geoengineering corp’ Aqueous who is on video speaking about using this technology to end droughts in Africa and stop fires in Australia. He has disappeared “into fat air”.
Is this geoengineering being done safely? Maybe, … maybe not. But I want to get back to examining why there has been a recorded reduction in solar radiation exposure on solar panels in the last couple of decades. Something is blocking the sun. Ariel Cohen writing in Forbs magazine Jan 11 2021, says “The Stratospheric Controlled Perturbation Experiment (SCoPEx), launched by Harvard University scientists, aims to examine this solution by spraying non-toxic calcium carbonate (CaCO3) dust into the atmosphere — a sun-reflecting aerosol that may offset the effects of global warming”. The article is entitled “A Bill Gates Venture Aims To Spray Dust Into The Atmosphere To Block The Sun. What Could Go Wrong?”
My family drinks filtered rainwater but not from a poly or steel tank because the water from those types of tanks in our area, and elsewhere, is seriously acidic even to the tune of having a ph of being between 5.3 and as sometimes as low as 4.3. We wash in that water but only drink filtered water from a concrete tank which I have measured as being as low as 6.6 but most samples have a ph reading fairly consistently over 7.0. Rainwater is acidic and leveling the ph in our concrete tank is predictably reducing the tanks life expectancy. Don’t you love the predictability of the 2nd law of thermodynamics? I’d rather its life expectancy reduced than ours. Calcium carbonate in the sky to reduce solar exposure sounds like a great idea as it would reduce acid rain but that hasn’t been my experience or the experience worldwide. Acid rain is an issue and severe enough to compromise the zinc coating on galvanised structures that are exposed to rain in less than ten years in our area. It’s not only a problem for ancient structures in Egypt but in modern structures like the galvanised sheds on our property.
So, … what is in a chemtrail used for geoengineering? Reports include sulphur dioxide, barium, strontium, aluminium but best anyone who is interested research that themselves. Of course, sulphur dioxide turns to sulphuric acid in less than a month but surely that wouldn’t be an issue …. would it? Chris Mooney’s article on wired.com dated 23rd June 2008 entitled, “Can a Million Ton’s of Sulfur Dioxide Combat Climate Change?” shows it’s been in the pipeline for a googly time. Nonmainstream documentaries including “What in the world are they Spraying”, (2010) and “WHY in the World Are They Spraying” (2012) were not ahead of their time. All this geoengineering to block the sun, … apparently, … costs, … so who is paying for this? Businessman Bill Gates obviously invests well so he will need a return on his outlay for any geoengineering exercise to reduce earth’s solar exposure, should his philanthropistic activities extend this far. Anthropogenic climate change advocates, Al and wife Tipper Gore paid $8 875 000.oo in 2010 for a beachside mansion at Montecito on the Southern California coastline that he advised would be underwater within years with the sea levels rising at an alarming rate. Although the Gore’s are not home that often in their house in Nashville, it somehow is to have reportedly used 19 times more energy (including gas and electricity) than the average American family in 2007. Maybe they went out and left the stove on for six months. An inconvenient truth no doubt but imagine if every household in the good old U S of A consumed that amount of energy. Alternatively, Al could have bought a home on the beach at Carbis Bay in Cornwall England where he would have been just as safe from rising sea levels. The comparative tide level photos of the leaders of the G7 meeting in 2021 has the sea level the same in 1925 and 2021.
I started out to highlight that there is data to confirm that the amount of solar radiation reaching our solar panels has been reduced at least over the last decade. Is this result due the materials that are being used in geoengineering or used to block the sun in an effort to reduce global warming? Well, … something is causing the reduction in solar collection, at least in our little part of the world and the reduction in energy hitting the panels is quite significant.

If any of this is true, why are we having increasingly more violent weather events unless the events are manufactured and not for our convenience. As I write we have had 302 mm of rain in the last four days and heavy rain is again on our roof. These conditions are again destroying infrastructure and threatening lives and livelihoods and the prevailing conditions are not conducive to the growing of food. You may wonder, with all this weather altering technology to our governments and private sector corporations and the generous philanthropist multibillionaires, living on a planet frequently using 3rd world farming practices and yet able to feed at least 10 billion people, how is it that with only 7 or so billion inhabitants, about 8.9% of the worlds population, that is, approximately 700 million people, go to bed hungry every night and why does 1/3 of the world’s population, a little under 2 1/2 billion people lack access to appropriate nutrition?
We can feed them all, but we don’t.
Increasingly, 3rd world nation people are becoming more educated and affluent. Family sizes are reduced in more educated communities. The population growth, although peaking in a few decades, statistically will never exceed what the world can sustain and will settle back to similar figures that it is today in less than 100 years. Let’s continue to educate and lift the standards of living of everyone on earth. It’s the best investment the world’s population can make.
The earth’s access to solar radiation appears to be reducing, … at least where we live. The climate is more frequently extreme, out of season and destructive. Governments and funded geoengineering corporations (they don’t do this for free) make the claim that they can geoengineer the weather with proof of success more than 50 years ago. Government websites claim they can and have been controlling the weather for decades but these destructive, out of season and out of kilter weather events do not appear to be in the best interests of the population.
Why don’t THEY stop?

Something must happen because if we continue to continue the way we have continued,

Vanguard and Blackrock won’t own anything of any value and you won’t be happy if the earth’s ecosystem has collapsed and cannot sustain life by the end of 2026.
What we have been led to believe by those we have been convinced to trust may not always be true. There is possibly more for Australian’s now need to “fight” for more worthy than retail toilet paper. There’s something strange in the neighbourhood, … maybe something dark.

From Midday 9th until 13th (Friday the 13th) our area had 418 mm which is more than 5 times the average monthly rainfall in 4 days and there is more on the way. We were amongst the lucky ones.
